I have used healthspan cod liver oil for years,improves my mood and even depression if used daily,healthspan is packaged nicely and i trust the quality and would buy any others,no side effects

Supplement strength for the price is fantastic. Great packaging and goes down well. Hard to tell whats a placebo and what is working with supplements but I bought these more as a preventative measure as my new gym routine is heavy on the joints. No issues so far and all feeling good! Also worth mentioning that there is a lot of research out there on the benefits of omega 3 on cognitive function so that was an added bonus to the purchase.

Packaging is cool. Impressive. However size of tablet is huge.

They might be good but they are very big capusules which I cannot swallow. I’ve tried cutting them and mixing with lemon etc but too fiddly so a waste of money for me
