One of my favorite purchases for my son. He hated wearing it at first (20 months), but then forgot it was even there. I had him wear it when we went to Disneyland. Chances are, he'd never be out of our sight for even a millisecond, but all it takes is that one time. I showed all of our family how to use it and they said it was easy (although the older people did not know what a QR code was or how to scan it). I love that you can customize what someone sees when they scan the code so you are not giving too much information away about your child or yourself. I also love that it gives you a scan history and that you can see where it was scanned. The only thing that would make this even better is a GPS tracker. :)

This is such a great idea. However, after only 30 days of use it is falling apart. I would say another week and it’s a worthless piece of junk. Sorry to say . . . But the hook and loop fastener has come loos from the band itself. This is what holds the bracelet onto his wrist. I will have to look for another solution that is made better. Rates 1 star.Update:After contacting customer service they send out a replacement wrist band at no charge. I really appreciate their attention to the customer. They want to keep you happy. I will swap out the ID tag onto this new bracelet and hope it lasts longer. I will update in another month on how this replacement holds up. I bumped to 3 star for solid customer service.

This thing is awesome. We make our daughter wear it anytime we go to college football games, the fair or amusement parks. Easy to personalize. Adds a little peace of mind if she was to get separated from us, we’d be able to locate her. Easy to use. Easy to explain to a four year how it should be used. She says it’s comfortable.

After using these for a while now, I thought I'd talk about it a little - the metal plate is held on by elastic, which is starting to stretch a little My kids do complain that these are a little scratchy. Overall though, I love them, and make them wear them frequently and don't plan to stop anytime soon!

My mother took my 5yo to visit my brother in Las Vegas over the summer... this gave me much needed peace of mind for during their travels. Easy to use and sign up for the services. Great price. Delivered as expected. Solid construction.
