I love this phone. It's way faster than my old one, has lots of storage space, a good camera, and it looks good, too. Plus it's rugged, so I don't worry about it like I did my old phone.

Frustrating, will not read my nano SIM card or its replacement. My service uses only nano sims. The cards work fine on other phones. I did put a buddy's Cricket Micro SIM in the second slot and it read that but nothing in the first and only nano slot. I can't even set this one up completely as it will not read my old phone back up. Have no idea how good the phone may be... can't use it at all.

Beautiful phone, fast, somewhat durable and the battery is alright. The one thing, and I do mean the one thing I have problems with is that the head phone jack is very loose and doesn't work very well, cuts in and out and quite frankly a bit irritating. I've had to resort to Bluetooth ear buds ( I'm a bit of an audiohead, and Bluetooth earbuds are not exactly my favorite, for they are not as good as wired when it comes to drivers and sound quality). Other than that I highly recommend this phone. Haven't had any issues with updates, program's, etc. Haven't needed to call customer service, but seriously, the head phone jack is my only serious gripe. Other than that... B+

side button means volume up and down and off on button finishing is not good very sharp damage fingers2nd pass on only two bell then stop.

After 6 months the battery wouldnt hold a charge. Then just shut off and would never turn back on. Dont buy this phone its garbage. I tried repeatedly to get ahold of the company to use my warranty and I never got ahold of anyone. Never got a reply. I'm pretty upset avput this. No one will return my emails or calls. Its a big waste of money. DONT BIY THIS PHONE!!!

This phone is a great value for the money. Two thumbs up.

Bought this phone in March 2020 and it won't charge. I bought two new chargers. It won't turn on.
