Very nice fit, good match, but Qi charging went terribly wrong, crashing the phone
Very close match to the original, fit quite well (though I had to reseat and really press to get the wireless charging working). There are three small snaps that fix the back cover to the mid-frame piece that is screwed to the frame with six 4mm screws. One of the snaps is midline near the Qi charging coils connections (4), those familiar with the phone know that you must press to engage this center snap for charging to work. With this cover, I had to press down on the internal stickers/liners for the wireless charging coil connector pads to make contact. But when I put it on an LG WCP-300 charger, the back starting heating up until it was very hot to the touch and started to deform around the induction coils (a circular shape). The phone started rebooting repeatedly, and slowing down, until I removed the cover and cooled it with compressed air. Same results with an LG WCP-400 charger (the Nexus 4 charger). Two of the charge positioning magnets fell off due to the heat's effect on their glue.Replacing my stock cover, the phone works and charges normally again. That was scary.UPDATE: I received a replacement cover that was roughly the same, but with different magnets (for positioning on N5 chargers). It also caused excessive heat around the motherboard area near where the induction coils in the cover connect to the phone. Using TWRP to monitor charging, the CPU temp went from 39C to 59C before I stopped charging and removed the cover. Replacing my original cover, the temp never rose above 42C.Finally the phone went into a never-before "kernel panic" crash, a "green screen of death" for this model phone. Flashing factory images did not resolve a constant reboot issue following this, until I did a complete factory wipe (including data partition) of the phone. I've reinstalled most of my core apps with the original stock cover in place, and charged wirelessly several times without incident or overheating.SECOND UPDATE: I ordered an OEM D820 back cover from a supplier overseas, obviously from another Nexus 5 phone as it still have the original IMEI serial number sticker on it. Worked PERFECTLY, charges normallyI'm giving this cover two stars because if you never use wireless charging, then this cover was a very snug and exact fit to the D820 (US Nexus 5) phone. But I have 3-4 wireless chargers, so this issue was a showstopper for me.

Wish I could give this 0 stars!
