Doesn’t stick
The adhesive is terrible but i found a work around for it. Pealing off the adhesive is the LAST thing you should do. You have to bend the strip the form of your nose first. You can split in half and then bend those half’s more. Just make sure the strip is slightly bigger than your nose.

Fantastic. Been using for many years. Just bought 6 more.
35 years ago I had a "nickel-size" spot of cancer removed from the side of my nose. It left me with a very thin area of skin that will collapse if I breath in through my nose. I use these strips at night to hold that part of my nose open so I can breathe better. Over the years I have tried several different brands of these breathe helping strips and most did not work nearly as well as these. These adhere quickly, you don't have to hold them tight on your nose for more than 10 seconds. They stick well and last all night. In the morning you can remove them easily without injuring the skin on your nose. That is especially important for me because the skin graft I have is pretty thin. Great product!!!!

This product works and its adhesive is better then the national brand. Just follow the directions and you will breathe better.

Did the job
The size is perfect, some brands are so large that they literally stick to your cheek. These were perfect. Kept my sinus passages open all night and I got a good night's sleep

Don't waste your money! They don't stick.
These were highly recommended by someone; however, every one that I put on at night doesn't stick! I haven't had success with a single one. So disappointing since I bought several boxes. :(

These Instaclear Nasal Breathing Strips, worked very well for me . If your nose is clear of makeup or oil they stick and work well. I’m a small person, I ordered the medium size. They were almost too small for my nose so I will probably try the large next time I buy. I will definitely buy again because they were much cheeper than what I was buying before and work as well! Another big PLUS for me was they don’t rip off my skin when I go to take them off. I recommend you try them!

Product works well, but the adhesive only lasts a few hours. Not long enough to make it through the night.
