Etna Woodland Owl Table Lamp With Silhouette Shade,Brown

My wife loved it!It does not put off a whole lot of light since it is so small. Was much smaller than I expected, so make sure you read the measurements carefully. Very unique lamp. It feels cheap when you put it together, but it doesn't look cheap. The top hangs on the light bulb, which I found kinda cheesy, but you can't tell that unless you go to change the light bulb

A little small but nice

Received well packaged and in good shape. The lamp does not put off much light and takes a 15 W bulb much like a nightlight bulb (one is included). I think if it was elevated I may be able to read in bed by the light; that might be a stretch, but it does seem to put off as much light as a booklight. It is going to be best used as accent or night light. It might work in a hall or when you want just a bit of light while watching TV. The shade is very pretty, and the silhouette pattern works just right. There are a couple of places, where the trim meets, that are just slightly off. The figurine portion is very, very pretty with lots of detail. It has lots of texture with the feathers, leaves, and so on. I was upset with the small size, but that was my error and the lamp is so adorable that I want to keep it. My overall disappointment is that it is not a lamp that will work bedside for reading and I don't think the description made that clear.

I purchased this item for my mother in law since she collects owls, so I thought that she would enjoyed this nice and adorable lamp. For my sake, she loved it, she was very happy and excited about the lamp. Nice built, nice price and very easy to move and place where ever you wish to. The lamp looks good any place you place it. Very happy about my purchased.

At first I was going to give this four stars, based on the shared opinion other reviewers have expressed that the lamp is much smaller than I expected. But then, in fairness, I realized the dimensions of the lamp are clearly stated in the listing...and how big of a lamp can anyone reasonably expect for less than $20? That said, even for its size, it lights up a room fairly well. Not necessarily good enough to read a book, but good enough to have enough light to do other things and have a cute lamp and light shade to keep you company. Or at least that's the opinion of our owl-happy boys...and that's what really matters, right?

I got this lamp to my girlfriend because she loves owls,and even though it was small it fits perfectly on her nightstands. She loves it,and I personally think it's adorable. Highly recommend this lamp it's makes perfect mood lighting.
