no need to update bios latest bios installed
Second board I have ordered for customer build good quality right out of the box. latest bios already installed.

Still going strong after several years!
Bought this board with a R3 2200g a few years ago when building a new PC. It's the third Gigabyte motherboard I've owned and all have been flawless with no problems. I just upgraded to a R5 5600g and all it needed was a quick BIOS update that only took a few minutes.My only complaint about the board's design is where the SATA ports are. Unless you have a short card, your graphics card could end up blocking some or all of them.

Don't buy the refurb
I bought three of the refurbished and they were all dead. One of them wouldn't power up in the slightest and still had standoffs screwed to the back. One didn't come with the I/O Shield. Ffs what a joke Amazon certified refurbished

dead on arrival
i ordered new, the box was sealed but the board was missing the manual and upon install it didn't power on my keyboard or mouse.
