Dreadful taste, chocolate doesn't stay on.
Tastes like what I think that sawdust, frozen and compacted, would taste like. The chocolate covering comes off in the wrapper. Taste is pretty tough to take and you have to really be sold on the protein percentage to e-order.

Storage problem? Shipping problem?
These had obviously been left in the heat, as the coating had all melted and then rehardened. Very unappealing and unappetizing.

The soy-free protein bars are few, so four stars
I did not expect a candy bar, so the taste is OK. I appreciate the vegan protein blend that is soy-free, and the sugar grams are fewer than most vegan protein bars. I just wish they ( and other protein bar makers ) would make a bar that is savory rather than sweet
