This is great stuff! I used it to whiten old embroidered dish towels, and it works really well. My only problem is it's rather spendy, and it sometimes take two or three soaks to pry out the yellow from the old linens. If I didn't have over a hundred old dish towels to clean up, there wouldn't be as big an expense, obviously. I will buy more as frequently as I can afford it. Highly recommended for bringing dingy, yellowing linens and fabric back to bright white. Exciting, really.

I have been using this product for years. It worked well whitening my late grandmothers old fancy (and stained) linens, and I now use it in my regular laundry as a stain remover and general brightener.

Terrific product that has worked wonders on all of my vintage linens - from stained tablecloths to cotton doilies. Two stage process - 3 scoops to a gallon of hot/warm water with a 15-20 soak ( wash items with soap beforehand to get grease out). After 20 mins the soaking water is filthy.Gently rinse items & then make up another solution (can be done in washer) & soak items for 6-8 hours. Everything comes out fresh & clean.
