Excellent Product. Accurate Description
I bought these due to glucose levels spiking and some weight I gained. I did some research on cinnamon (great for blood glucose levels) and bitter melon but not on okra. But having seen this product, I looked into okra and loved its lean benefits.I have only just started taking these pills but already, I can feel an improvement in my body, I feel cleaner, blood sugar level looking much better and I am not as hungry as I usually am, so I am in calorie deficit meaning I am on course to losing weight. This is Great for Weight Management
I have been taking two of these capsules a day now for a few days and I already notice a reduction in how much snacking I do and how much food I eat. I am the type to eat breakfast then snack constantly before lunch. I now eat breakfast, take some Bio support and I am full till evening.
