I have purchased 3 different types of chairs for my husband and FINALLY found this one that works out perfectly!! He says it is comfortable and he doesn't have back pain when he sits in it for hours gaming. The arms are the perfect height, all the other arms were too low, and this one you can easily push the arms up so to push under desk! I sat in it for about an hour today and ordered me one as well to replace my XRocker! Don't get me wrong the XRocker is ok but sits way too low to ground for me to use at the desk but I have been using seat cushions which puts me a little higher but this one is by far more comfortable and adjustable. Can't wait til mine comes in!

The package was delivered on time. The chair was easy to assemble. I have used it for three days and are very comfortable. Both my wife and I have been fortunate to work from home and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future, so we needed something a lot more comfortable than dining chairs. These are supportive for our backs and comfortable to sit on it for hours.

First things first, use a level during assembly. I received the chair just today and it look me 10 minutes to assemble, it's very easy, instructions use pictures and are clear. Getting it level takes more time and requires an item not included.Instructions also say to place screws and then tighten which I did. Once put together it leaned to the left (left if you're sitting in it) so I grabbed the level and it was definitely leaning, the bubble was on the far left. I loosened the bottom screws under the seat, placed the level and then tightened accordingly. The chair will not be level if I screw one corner in as tight as it needs to be secure so I will be purchasing a washer to help with this. (There needs to be a small gap between the seat and the chair hardware in that same corner to keep the chair level, a washer will fix this.) So my opinion, it should come with washers or made better so I don't have to compensate for the lean. The chair is beautiful and comfortable minus the lean. It would be worth what I paid without all the leveling hassle. Maybe that's just the office chair life? Who knows. Love this chair. I did replace the wheels with rubber rollers so it glides easily and smoothly. Great chair and looks nice.

I like it so far. Tge instructions were vague but I did it. Glad didn't need to pay for assembly. I figured it out. Do im good.

Overall comfort is fair. The design is a bit flawed. There is a large amount of play at the adjustment lever that causes the seat to lean to one side. Not something I expected. I'm working on a solution, but it shouldn't be needed. Kinda sad that I need to create a fix for a new chair.

I bought this chair for replacing my old one. I did not have much trouble assembling the unit. and I was very happy when it was built up. It's look nice. However when I sat in it. My immediate thoughts were how do I send it back. The cushion is too firm to feel good on it. Not much padding where you sit. And It was not rocking easily，you have to force more hard to the floor with your feet to make it rocking. you are not able to relax with it. The worst thing is that I got back pain after use it one week. Compared with my old chair，I found that this one is not ergonomic，even the back is curved，but it is not support my waist curve，it gives pressure on my back. I have to find something to put in the corner of the chair for adjustment. I hope the problem can be solved in this way. It‘s hard to unassemble it and return the big stuff.

This chair is a good value, their customer service was highly responsive when we had a minor issue, resolved very quickly.
