I can’t rate sleep quality because I’m not sure if these glasses have done that for me, I didn’t purchase them for sleep and so didn’t pay attention if they help in that aspect.I bought these because for school in on my computer staring at the screen intently for hours at a time and my eyes were hurting, my head was hurting, I started squinting a lot when away from the computer. It was terrible.I wanted something that could easily fit over my regular glasses. These are a perfect fit. I’ve been using them for the past couple of months and feel a huge difference in my health and my eyes. There is such a difference that even after 2 minutes at the computer I grab the glasses because I feel strained without them.They are not the most attractive but if health is more important than looks, which it is for me, then I highly recommend these for all longtime computer users.

These glasses are great, nice and orange. They can be a little dark, but I find I get much sleepier with these than the light yellow safety glasses.These covers don’t fit all glasses. They work nicely with my boring work glasses, but won’t fit my cute cat-eye frames. I have progressive lenses, and the bottom .5” sticks out the bottom. I need that critical area to see my iPhone!You need to be a little careful with these so the arms don’t pop off. You can snap them back in, but it’s a pain and the arms are easy to lose.Finally, like all the other covers we’ve tried so far, the covers nose pads do not play well with my glasses’ nose pads. This can get pinchy and hurt. It’s less of a problem with my plastic lenses that don’t have separate little pads.But overall, I love the dark orange color and sleep much better if I wear these at night.

Someone reached out after purchasing which was awesome. Reason being is these ones did not snug fit over my glasses. I sent him pictures to show him, and he sent me another pair they sell at no cost. Awesome awesome service! Received those and they are perfect. I’ll still use the other ones but for when I wear contacts. I’ll buy from them again no doubt

I love these glasses. I was looking for a pair at my dr's suggestion to help my insomnia that had a heavier blue light filter than what is available on my electronics. I also wear glasses to see so I needed a pair that could fit over my eyeglasses. These were perfect. Did not change the color of anything much unless it was a light or electronic device. I'm looking forward to seeing they help improve my sleep. Very happy with this purchase.

Great fit over for small glasses. Snug fit but didn’t notice any help with screen brightness. In fact it seemed to make the sensitivity worse.

I love these glasses and they fit great. I am an adult with a small head. My prescription glasses are a 48mm and these fit perfect over mine. I’m very sensitive to the light emitted from my iPad and TV and this cuts the harmful light. It does distort the colors but that doesn’t bother me.

I was always skeptical about these types of glasses and whether they really worked or not. After reading reviews and getting opinions from my eye doctor and others that wear and use them I thought I'd give them a try. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. These glasses are perfect size, shape, weight and most importantly reduce fatigue in my eyes and I have noticed better sleep at night. I do a lot of reading and work at night and thought most of my sleepless nights were do to work but maybe not entirely.
