Jack Quick 3500 JQ-3500W-WR 12-Volt Electric Tongue Jack with White Cover and Wireless Remote Control, 3650 lb. Capacity

My husband installed this jack in 15-20 minutes, after watching the "Suspension Pro Trailer Jack" video on YouTube (search for it). Most everything needed for installation came with the jack. Our jack's on/off button must be broken because the jack works in either the on or the off position. We did not contact the manufacturer about this, as we do not care if the on/off switch works properly. The remote has a lock and unlock feature that both work well. The jack will not work when locked with the remote, which is a good security feature. My husband loves this jack, and especially having the remote, which is small and easily clips on the key ring with our camper keys. Now we can quickly level side to side, unhitch, and even stand inside the camper to finish leveling if it's raining. The remote has a good range and works when the protective jack cover is on or off. We installed it on a 15 foot Fleetwood travel trailer with 4000 lbs dry weight and it lifts/lowers it very fast.

Works really well, was super easy to put on. I understand the reason it is slow is because of the gearing ratio, but I still wish it was a little faster (only real complaint). The remote is really cool to go inside the trailer and use the remote to make sure you're level.

It installed easily and works great. The remote is a wonderful feature and allows you to lvl the camper (from front to back) without having to scream to someone up front to raise or lower it. Only used it a few times so far but have had no mechanical issues. I would totally recommend this if you are wanting to upgrade to an electric tongue jack.

Great jack with a nice speed and strong enough to lift the tongue off the truck. Only downside is the remote needs to be relatively close. You can't back up to check for level and still have the remote control work

Beefy!! The remote is more useful than expected. Just stand in the "box" for north/south leveling following the east/west set, and tweak! It is that simple and safe. There is a lot of applied physics going on within the jack's location.

I'm so glad that I purchased this! It really works well and is very easy to install. I am 69 and this makes hooking my camper so much easier.

i received my new Jack Quick 3500W-WR today and installed it within about an hour of the FedEx guy dropping it off. Fit's well and operates as described. The remote FOB is very nice and has a sliding cover to prevent accidental adjustment. Overall it has a good quality feel.Now for the quirks. The level bubble on top is out of plumb. If I adjust to the bubble the trailer is easily 6" high on the nose or more. I don't see how to adjust it so I'll just have to ignore it. The level is also the cover/cap to the manual adjustment.Now for the reason I gave this 3 stars. The actual head unit has an on/off and up/down switch. The unit will operate in on and off position. Not sure why and don't want to have to check the wiring. Will have to look through the paperwork for a tech number to call. Will update once I talk with the mfg.
