I have reached the point where off-the-shelf reading glasses are no longer strong enough for me. These are great for seeing anything you are holding in your hand. I like them a lot...I use them very frequently to read my phone and printed text. I have one pair at my desk and one by my bed. When I use them for reading my laptop screen I have to sit a little closer to the laptop than I like. However, as I said, if you are holding your phone/iPad or a book, or a sheet of paper...these magnifying glasses are great. They are not the sturdiest glasses, but they are very affordable.

I had a pair of "Big Vision" glasses before and they broke so I wanted a replacement. I hesitated buying these because of some of the negative reviews and I wasn't sure if they were a knock off. When they arrived it seemed the bad reviews were true at first because while they helped a little, it was still a little blurry. Then one day I realized there was a clear, scratch protective film on them (yes, I'm blind...that's why I'm buying these lol). Once I took that off there was a huge difference and they are just as good as my old ones. Bonus that it came with 2 pairs at this price! They came in a no frills packaging but as described earlier it was good enough to protect the product. Although they are not the"Big Vision" brand, they are a great value for the money and I would certainly buy them again. I highly recommend these!

These make a somewhat decent set of reading glasses but viewing my computer at about 2.5 feet or my TV at about 9 feet is quite poor. They did magnify as described but the resulting image is petty blurred and not comfortable at all to view.I guess I should have realized that the promise was a lot more than even remotely could be delivered.When something seems too good to be true it probably isn't. I guess that even those reading the overly gratuitous prose in the description with their eyes wide open can be fooled into believing the nonsense that it contains.I "should" know better but I was misled by the words presented.If lies are well presented then everyone can be fooled.

The nose piece fell off & the right bow wasn't attached right out of the bag. It sits a bit too far from my nose (I have a very small head), but the bows, once snapped in (will glue it), fit snug enough. Magnification is large enough I have to hold things away from my face! Should help me keep from using a hand magnifier with my cheat glasses.

This product allows me to see again, the small printing and other close up items that my eyes can no longer see. I have been diabetic for twelve years and my vision has slowly drifed away and the cost of going to an eye doctor to get a perscription for eye glases was adding up. They eventually break after about three or four months of use if your not careful in the handling, and I have purchased at least one dozen pair in the last year... Just so I can have a replacement pair available when they break. I keep a drawer of broken ones now so I can try to repair a set in case of emergency, but I do appreciate having these available at a decent price. When I consider how I can see again I see the breaking plastic as a small inconvience, and will continue to buy them.

My close-up vision is not what it once was, and I have found these really valuable for working on projects involving tiny close-up parts. Nice wide field of view.
