TV antenne with strong magnet on the roof my Toyota Coasterbus
Love this purchase, i purchase this TV antenne for my Toyota Coasterbus, so that I can watch the TV stations movies in my bus. Because of bad TV transmit in some neighbourhoods, the reception is not so good. But when the Coasterbus is not in motion, for example in a parking lot etc. the TV reception is very oke. Nice Brand with a strong magnet for sure, I place this antenne on the top of my Toyota Coasterbus. (see photo of the bus where I used this TV antenne)

Good for the money
Worked nicely the first time out on my boat. I mount it temporarily on my mast as high as I can reach. Gets similar reception to $200 Shakespeare antenna on previous boat. Like the magnetic base for my use but not sure how it would do at highway speeds. Did fine in 25 knot gusts.

No better - maybe worse than cheapie flat HDTV
Got it to try and improve over one of those flat “butterfly” type. Zero improvement no matter where I moved it. Amplifier does NOTHINGMay as well stick with the other cheap butterfly HDTV one and return this POS

Works well.
I was under the impression that it also had screw mounting options, not just magnetic. But it works well.

Long Range antenna
We tried this with our camper, had a hard time finding a connection to a surrounding tower, never received and kind of reception.

What holds it to the roof
First thing I noticed when I removed the antenna from the box was no holes in the base to screw thru into the roof. The instructions state that the magnet in the base of the antenna would hold it on the roof of the RV.The problem here is that RV roofs are, with the exception of "camper vans", all fiberglass or aluminum. Nothing that will attract a magnet. I have owned RV's since 1969 and have never seen one with a magnetic material roof.If Amazon continues to sell this kind of poorly made/engineered juck, it will certainly effect their reputation. No matter how well it pulls in TV stations, if klrw''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''rhl];/.
