Effective sleep aid
I really like this supplement. It has improved my ability to both fall asleep and stay asleep. I did find that talking the recommended dosage of three pills did upset my stomach, but cutting back to two pills solved that and didn't affect the effectiveness for sleep. I have not yet noticed any change in rate of weight loss, but will most likely reorder these to use as a natural sleep aid.
