Not sure how you're supposed to contact the seller on this but this item was defective when I got it. Installed and was not running right at all. Then I figured out the issue on this brand new product that I just bought. If somebody would contact me and get back with me I would highly appreciate it

I PURCHASED THE VRO 5 MONTHS AGO. HAVE BEEN OUT ON MY BOAT 3 TIMES AND THE PART HAS ALREADY FAILED. SEEMS TO BE A ISSUE WITH OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE PURCHASED THIS PART. I COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THERE ONE YEAR WARRANTY

This pump arrived defective. I installed it on my fathers boat and determined that the pump would not pump fuel to keep the engine running. I opened up the pump case and found three holes in the pump diaphragm. Very disappointing to spend so much money on a VRO style pump and have it be defective from the manufacturer.

Diaphragm ripped 4 time out. Second time this happened. Waste of money
