My hormones have been very unbalanced for awhile now. A doctor recommended I try wild yam. It has helped me tremendously.

Helps with my pcos. Gave me a period within two days of using them. I get months without a period and these pills gave me natural progesterone and worked fast and effectively.

I started taking the Wild Yams in July, 1-2 capsules a day. At the beginning of October, I cut back to 1 a day and once in a great while I skipped a day. You do get hot flashes and very slight mood swing but this product makes it so you can control your moods.

I use this during the second half of my cycle since I seem to be a bit low on progesterone and it is working beautifully. My cycles are clockwork and I'm feeling good. I take it in the evening, as I find it does make me feel a little sleepy.

I purchased this product to help with my Hot Flashes. Well I can only speak of my experience, and I am here to tell you...I got even hotter! I stop taking this supplement for now. I may try again when Winter returns😨
