I thought I had gotten it to work but I was wrong. Video shuts of or freezes after a few seconds recording time, totally useless. The User Manual that comes with the device is just plain awful. It appears to have been translated from Chinese by someone not really up to the job, beyond that, certain key functions are totally ignored! Like, how do you recharge the battery? Not that tough to figure out, but still! Then there was the Thumb Drive like thing that came with it, what do you do with it?? Beats me! Also I was sold a larger Memory Stick to increase the amount of recording time. It doesn't work. Probably needs to be formatted, maybe, but there are no instructions on how to do it. Oh, you want to set the time and date to current? Good luck!!! RETURNED

I am not happy with this product. The buttons do not work as they should switching from video to photos. I could not record anything due to the time after clicking the button and record process. It has basic functions, simple as switch mode, close the lid and push the button. But it is not simple as it looks. Things don't work. (that is very frustrating). PS: In addition, I did buy a 128Gb to use with it. Still does not work! Do not buy it.

But...complicated to use...makes it hard to be inconspicuous

Not only did the pen arrive incomplete (no SD card) but the quality of the product could only be charitably described as very poor. Not worth the money.

I received the pen yesterday and it does not work at all. no indication of charging or even being alive. total crap!

Works ok

This product is both a real pen and camera. Camera is very well disguised and produces very good video quality. I really like that this comes with a USB cable which makes it easier to charge and transfer data. It does the job of a pen when needed too. Highly recommended!
