Works.
Only have a few minutes of experience with it so time will tell how it really holds up. It’s really small, mounted it on top of one of my 6x9 boxes. But the Bluetooth is effortless and so far the amp pushes the speakers good. Sounds good to me. Installed this behind the seat of my 1951 Chevy truck.

Good for a classic car
Doing a restoration and a new radio doesn’t look right in a 50s dash. Mounted this unit under the rear package tray so it is completely unseen. Has a wired remote, but it isn’t necessary. I don’t have it connected at all. Just connect via Bluetooth and control volume from there!A few things I would like to see improved:1- It isn’t loud enough. It’s plenty to hear your music, but could definitely stand to be louder.2- I would love to see an app to connect and adjust your amplifier settings.3- along the same lines as #2, there is no Balance/Fade. It’s just equal sound from all speakers.

Didn't last long.
I have the product installed in the glove box of my 1951 Chevy truck. I bought the Item in 2022 but didnt get it installed until late 2024 it worked well for a few months now the music comes on and off. I sure they will say I've had it past the support policy. I should have lasted a lot longer than a few months. Very disappointed 😞 I will repost if I get some help on this.

Excellent Amp. Class A/B
Great amp. Clean crisp power. Running kicker 6-1/2 and 8s. Love the Bluetooth function. Means I did not have to wire in the radio to use it with my phone. Connected so quickly and easily. Never had ANY Bluetooth connect this quick. 100 flawless. True believer in Boss products. Thank you for a great amp. I've been an audiophile sine a kid.....1991. Competed in competitions. All I can say is wow. Nice!!

Overall, I'm very, very happy with my purchase!
I was able to effortlessly connect my Samsung Note 4 Android phone to it and hear all of the audio from my phone: taps on screen, text msg tones, ringtone, Google Maps Voice-guided Nav, Spotify, etc. It will soon be tested with a Windows 8.1 Pro PC with an ASUS BT 400 dongle. If I'm able to update my review at a later time, I will let you all know how that worked out too. With this amp's lack of an built-in equalizer (mentioned as EQ going forward), you will need to have an EQ on the device you're broadcasting audio from (BT, 3.5mm, etc). Android appears to have an equalizer built in (at least on the newer versions, I'm running 5.1.x), however I probably didn't look hard enough to find the user interface where I could control and manipulate the EQ. So I jumped on the Play App Store and found a few options, some free, some paid to remove ads. I initially downloaded "Equalizer FX (Free)" to see if it worked - it did, very nicely too I might add. Please note: you will be prompted to disable the Android's built-in EQ when you initially attempt to enable the Equalizer FX EQ. This is a one-time step. After verifying it basically did what I needed, I paid for the ad-free version - hate ads! The only quirk I've found with the app, which I is associated solely with this particular app, not the amp, is that when streaming audio, with the EQ enabled and adjusted to my liking, and using Google Maps Voice-guided Navigation at the same time, the EQ freaks out and the bass boost is pumped up to what seems like the max. But again, this is an app-specific issue and not related to the amp. Just a tip for my fellow Android users who may be beginning their search on how to get up and running.Overall, I'm very, very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to a friend who was in need of a BT amp!

You get what you pay for
The sound is clear but for the power rating, it should really be louder. Super easy to wire and connect your phone to via Bluetooth. Great product for the price.Reason for the low rating is the quiet max volume and the plastic rim of the provided mount broke with only moderate pressure during install.
