I get deep painful cracks in my heels. In addition to properly removing callouses, wearing these heel covers at night with a rich cream underneath really helps to treat the cracks. They are comfortable and last a long time. I used the same ones for maybe a year or more before one began to rip, and with 4 in the pack, I already had a replacement at hand. Note I only wear them in bed, so they may not last so long if you walk in them.

Tried to break in some new water shoes on my 5 mile daily beach walk and got the worst blisters on my heels and under my ankles ever! So, I bought these pads and used them over bandaids to protect my blisters wearing cotton socks and sneakers. They worked well until my feet started sweating. The bandaids slipped off and the silicone pads slipped up above my heels. So at the 2.5 mile mark I learned to check them and adjust them accordingly. They definitely helped in healing my blisters with cushioning them but one star off because they do tend to slip up my heels on my 5 mile walk. Nevertheless, I know of no better way to address this problem so I do recommend them, just expect them to slip up over your heel on long walks and especially if your feet sweat.

I purchased these mainly to smooth out my cracked heels. I also started having plantar fasciitis on my right foot due to pregnancy hormones. Standing for a long time makes it so unbearable to stand on my feet. My cracked heels have always been an issue though. I've tried everything under the moon and it's still so dry and cracked. Honestly, these silicone heel protectors did make my heels softer. It does help alleviate the plantar fasciitis pain a little, but nothing too noticeable. However, once I stopped using it for more than a couple days, my cracked heels came back. If I know I am going to be standing for a long period of time, I would slip them on. Otherwise it's not anything life changing where I would purchase again.

I have always struggled with blisters. Even with the best hiking boots, I manage to get them on my heels from time to time, particularly on hilly trails. These gel heel protectors really help! I was worried the heel cover would rub or be uncomfortable at the edges, but they are very soft and comfortable. I had no issues with rubbing at the edges. They stay put for most of my hikes, but for long and hilly hikes, I use some micropore tape to hold them in place. My only criticism is that when I tried them for the first time, I used them in some looser hiking shoes and my feet tended to slide forward and my toes hit the front of my shoes more than normal. I don't intend to use them in non-boots, so that isn't an issue for me, but is something you might want to consider if you are looking for a product for use in looser, low-top shoes.

The items is advertised as containing 2 pairs of protectors + a storage bag. It arrived with one pair and no storage bag. Extremely disappointed, it's obvious it was previously opened and items were removed.

Was skeptical at first but I wear these with my new Dr Martens boots and it doesn’t slip or slide off, it feels like it won’t protect your ankle but it does! Very thick but comfortable and not noticeable at all when wearing. Not ones have I worn this with a shoe and I was uncomfortable during/after. Great quality! It’s so easy to clean, has a pouch that comes with and has 2 pairs.

They help with heel pressure and are easy to use.

It works so well and provides instant relief. Keeps my foot in my shoes. The top is above the top of my shoes but it’s clear and does t matter to me since it works so well. Anything is better than the raw ulcers. Whims my ankle. Keeps things cool too. Fits in my purse.

Good product

I’ve never felt anything as excruciating as doc martens but using these make them feel like your heal is resting against fabric, not plastic , leather or wood. I’ll definitely still blister from friction but instead of getting overwhelmed thinking I won’t have a chance to break these in, they make it so I can walk a good amount of time. It’s not raw blisters anymore , it’s just normal blisters As for durability, not sure if it will last long. I’m putting them on in mind to be really careful just in case. They’re thick, but the holes are scaring me when it stretches

I have been unable to wear my Doc Martins due to the Achilles area rubbing. Enter these gen heel protectors! I can now wear my Docs/any boots for the entire day without issue, very happy!
