The main problem is it Does Not have a Player that you can use on the comp,, So you have to find one ,, that works Blu ray apps cost so far it's like $50 so you can even see the pic due to the free ones have Watermarks and you can't see the pic.,,, So overall Useless

Did not work on iMac
I have an iMac with Mojave 10.14.5. The system did recognize the drive. However, was not able to play a Blu-Ray. Dowloaded various DVD players (VLC among them) and got all sorts of errors. Tried various Blu-Ray discs to no avail. Did try a music CD and it played it as expected. But I did not buy this device for music. Wanted to play Blu-Rays. So I do not recommend.
