I have been using this Blossom Aroma product since the mid-80s in all my cars and I still use it. The higher the temperature inside the car, the more powerful the smell is. But be very careful not to let the pill touch any material such as plastic or interior trim, including the dashboard, because this product acts like an acid when it touches these materials and heats them. I always put them under the seats
