Rosario+Vampire: Season II, Vol. 14 (14) Paperback – May 5, 2015

What can I say about the Rosario Vampire manga series? Its's fantastic. What started out as your basic, run-of-the-mill harem series evolved into something beautiful by the end. All the characters are great, the stories are great, especially in Season II, the art gets better in each volume. I won't talk too much about everything beforehand, but just know that while the first 2 volumes of the series (Season 1), volume 3 is where things start to pick up and the author starts planting the seeds for the next arcs, which all comes down to this final volume, the big showdown between Yokai Academy and the leader and founder of Fairy Tale. The scenes between Moka and Tsukune and just absolutely beautiful and the author really brings all the build-up to their relationship and the initial confession to a beautiful close. While the ending and fate of certain characters leave me saddened, I cannot say that it was a bad ending. Yes, the author still has more he can write, but the rosario part of the story is over and is a very bittersweet ending. Also, the epilogue, while not a definitive closure for the series but more of an "OVA" type chapter, was absolutely hilarious and is a nice little send off to this great series. If you're looking for a well written harem manga that has more focus on romance rather than the actual harem, I'd say definitely give this series a try, but just be wary of the first 2 volumes, as they are your basic harem antic stories.

Fun to see the series after the anime ended

It’s about damn time Tsukune and Moka share a kiss. Just wish it wasn’t under such heartbreaking circumstances. Tsukune accepted his fate and became a vampire in the end after all, and he told Saizo in the first chapter of season 1 volume 1 he was a vampire. He saved the life of the woman he loves even if it meant an end to his humanity. Alucard has been defeated, Akasha set free (sort of) and the memories of Outer Moka are now hers. Both newly christened first ancestors mourn the loss of Moka’s mother. Ten months pass and now Tsukune is continuing high school as he slowly gets used to his new life as a vampire and his future as the next headmaster of Yokai Academy is gonna be guided by Moka’s father?! The mini comic strips at the end that depict Kurumu and Mizore’s plan to bear Tsukune’s kids in his dreams is an interesting change of pace from how those two constantly interrupt tender moments between Moka and Tsukune. If there’s one thing that’s a very welcome change, it’s that Moka is as friendly, sweet and all smiles.

This manga ending seems like they are setting up a sequel that never happened

Loved the conclusion to the manga that got me introduced to Japanese comics and anime! Really great to see the awesome final encounter and battle develop as it went on through the chapters, and although some might say (with some reason to it) that it was a bit of a let down without a real final epic move finishing everything (won't spoil, it focuses more on plot and character than epic bloody finale).I really hope we get a spinoff or at some future time a continuation to this series, maybe with a new name (R+V III?), it sets up future plot and character intrigue really well... I hope these guys and the author take a year or so off, go to the Caribbeans or something, have a great time off, then come back and continue this one or another awesome project - don't let me down, PLEASE!If you don't know if you want to read or buy this you are CRAZY - buy this one now if you read all the ones before, if not read all of season II (and maybe 1 if you want the whole picture) and THEN get this one, you won't regret it.

This is it, the final volume of this epic best selling series. Moka and Tskune are injured, the rest of the group scattered, and Alucard is rampaging through Tokyo. As the military works to hold back the beast, can the Dark Lords beat their former enemy, and if not can they give Moka and Tskune time to recover and bring out their true potentials?This double sized issue is the final story, it is action packed as the rest of them but still full of emotion and heart you come to expect. There are quite a few twists in the final fight as well as the aftermath to the existance of the monster world. Enjoy.

I am a huge fan of the Rosario and vampire anime since I first came across it on Netflix. When living conditions force me to give netflix up I got the anime on DVD to continue to enjoy it. I always found the anime to be a bit rush and the ending left me wanting more. so I took a look on line at the manga and suddenly felt like only 1/ 4th of the manga stories made it into anime form. not sure which version of Moka dad I like best but felt the manga really did more the Moka duel personality with the manga series giving a more over all satifyling ending. even the academy bus driver has a larger more important part in the manga than anime. One of the many things I prefer in the manga over the anime though is the reduced need for panty shots.

The book had stains on it; it's a very old book, and it's corners were a little bent.But as for the story, it's absolutely worth it! This was fitting ending to an amazing storyline. Some of the scenes in this manga gave me goosebumps!Note that this is not in the anime. The manga is MUCH BETTER than the anime.Loved it!

Such an awesome manga series! I started the second season without knowing about the first season, now that I’m older I’m going to buy the complete first season to compete the series :)

End of season 2 I think don't get me wrong but moka and tsukune's transformations in to first ancestors was amazing shame this was pre the making of jstars victory plus ps4 as he could have been playable hoping for as dlc akihisa ikeda is a amazing author can't wait for season 3
