Bad not used again

It arrived damaged, the bottom of the container is cracked.

I bought it for the hype and didn't get the expected result - it was too heavy, didn't melt, just made the hair clumpy and white - all I wanted was to get a nice and curly slick back

This stuff is amazing, but not in the way you would think. It's good on hair, just be careful not to use too much, as it can make your hair feel greasy. Definately makes your hair feel nourished and soft. But the hidden benefit I will randomly rave about is... Its great for your hands. I know... Wierd but true. I put a little in my hands to work it through my short hair, I have dry cracked skin with working in care with continuous washing and hand sanatiserr, but after using this stuff for my hair, my hands feel amazing, no more dry cracked skin, they should take this and rebrand it as hand moisturiser!!! 😂

What’s going on with the packaging of this product? I can see I am not the only customer who has had this experience. How am I able to return it in this state ? Very dissatisfied

I love the aphogee products but this made my hair unmanageable.
