It has all the metric sizes I need up to 10mm. It does not contain sized for tapping holes since what's required are odd sizes. The do an excellent job boring through metal.

Read the description. It's not intended for steel. But, for working with 3D printers, this is an inexpensive and effective set. I use it for mods, and to clean up holes in my prints.

I’ve already lost half of 2 drill bits in the wall. They snapped right in the s middle...they were the smaller ones in the set so maybe that’s to be expected?

The drill bits work great, but the case once you remove a bit, forget about getting it back in it's slot. If you do manage to get it back in, the bit probably will not stay in place. Also the closing clasp came off in my hand the first time I opened it and cannot be put back on.

Helped me with guitar modding... drilled through thick steel with zero issues. Most valuable metric drill bit set on the market.

Bits are too soft. They start getting banged up and bent out of shape with the first use. And the extenders are useless.Overall, it’s fine if you need a handful of options and can’t swing for a nicer set. It will get you by for a while. But don’t expect these to last very long.
