Does not spin 360!
Says it will spin 360 but doesnโt. I had to really finagle it to get it to work correctly.

Misleading sales techniques by this company
Product description says it is universal mount for projector, this doesn't fit my projector. After multiple follow ups and diversion methods asking for picture , model, make etc of my projector over multiple mails I received the response that by universal they mean it fits most of the projector . And after such misleading sale they decline to even return the item. Their mount is very small and will not fit regular size projectors, it can only fit tiny projectors

Product not fitting BenQ nor Epson projectors.
Item does not fit the Benq 535 projector ordered with it. Tried to log call with Amazon, does not allow for foreign numbers, see no other means on app to query this product. No more Amazon for me.

Missing parts not universal
mount arrived missing a screw it also is not universal in will not hook up to all projectors. Will not hook up to my epson as many other have stated
