Intraguard was my first product to try from PHL. I have followed Phil for many years and am a big fan of watching him compete. I train 5+ days a week and need a high-quality intra to help me recover fast. Phil and his team did an incredible job on formulating this product. Properly dosed and loved that it gave me an incredible pump during my workouts. Definitely feeling less sore taking this product compared to others. Will definitely be a reoccurring purchase for me! Looking forward to trying the other products soon.
