It fits in the camera and charges. The camera works with it in there. Too soon to know much more than that.

After struggling for awhile to find a replacement battery and buying some duds, this one finally did the trick. Fit the camera perfectly, battery life so far seems reasonable and comparable to the Canon battery. Very pleased!

I bought this battery for my canon fs30 as a replacement if it works perfect (big W)

This battery uses 3-4 minutes of battery life for 1 minute of recording. I purchased it as a back-up for my original Canon battery, which still has 75 minutes of battery life after 10 years ( 1 min. battery life for 1 minute recording). Based on this, I don't have much hope for the longevity of this product.

Battery went into a camera that I immediately sold. No way to answer the questions, save that it fit perfeclty and the camera worked as it should.

I purchased this battery as a replacement for the original in an older Canon camcorder. So far, it is working great. Battery life is good and the battery seems to be perfectly compatible with the original built-in charger, i.e., the light blinks when it is charging and goes to solid green when it is fully charged. No complaints!
