Update: After a week, it's losing it's neck support, breaking down and losing shape.
Change my review entirely! I jumped the gun too soon on writing it. After a week or so, the foam starts to deform, loosing it's original shape. It felt great after a few nights of getting used to it, but that was highly short lived! I never had a pillow break down and not perform only after a week! I expect that only to happen after a few months or so, but a week! I'm just gonna point out my cons. I'm not a negative person, I don't like to put negativity out there at all! and I wouldn't write this unless I thought it needed to be heard...1. It's not true memory foam! It doesn't act or feel like memory foam. When you press into it, it does not hold you conformed shape at all. It acts like regular cheap crate foam. But for some reason once you lay on it for several hours it will hold the shape of your head, but it takes a significant long time to return to it's original shape, like 10-30 minutes, and that's nothing like memory foam.2. It loses it's densitity/support pretty quick! This is concerning to me as for as longetivity of the pillow goes. After a week, it was already deforming, feeling less and less supportive. I also feel like the cubes themselves will start to tear and seperate from eachother, which I feel like mine already has, and that would be a huge problem. There's not much material holding them together, and it wouldn't take long or take much to seperate them. It's almost like the company didn't test their pillow for longevity, not even the slightest. It's all technology marketing hype if you ask me. It's looks cool, but that's about it.3. It doesn't reduce pressure on your head much at all. This is highly noticeable the first night, and definitely when you lay on your side, your ear will start to ache. It seems after like 3-4 days this pillow will feel at it's best, but then ends very quickly.4. It seems reviews are biased, and are posted way too soon. I'm guessing that everyone got the card in the box that offers a free neck messager for anyone that post a review and sends proof of it... So of course people would want that free gift as soon as possible and jump the gun on posting a review just for the gift. It's kind of sneaky if you ask me. It's almost like they know the issues with their pillow... hrmm it makes you wonder for sure. I know the 5 star reviews definitely sucked me into buying it over more expensive higher quality pillows.4. It's dyed? hrmm why? and what kind of chemicals are used? and how does it affect us, or the way the pillow performs? It's a great design, but that's about it. It performs only for a few days, then it no longer serves it's purpose. It needs higher quality foam, something that will hold up longer. They could also try making a soft plush latex one like this, I think that it would perform it's best with that material, and it would hold up much longer. Also, they could offer more sizes, as well as different densities, materials, and designs. I know it's a company just starting out, but it's a product that seems to have been rushed... Even though they had a "backers" period as well as trials, but I don't know how they didn't see the problems with it after a week? Stay away from this pillow until the issues are fixed, better yet just look for something better. Dough memory foam is pretty nice if you want true memory foam! I bought one just before this pillow, but I sent it back because It was too high of a loft, and I took a chance on this one, but I made a mistake and got sucked into reviews. I'm going to order another dough memory foam and send this one back. Do yourself a favor and look else where, don't buy into the marketing hype about it's technology. Sorry for such a negative review, it's not like me, but I just don't want no one make the same mistake. Sorry to the company, but it's all on you to fix it.

Seems to be a good quality product
So far I've used this pillow for a full week, and thus far i'm satisfied. I've used well over a dozen different memory foam pillows over the years and i'd rate this up near the top. The biggest concern i've always had with memory foam isn't the comfort during the honeymoon period, it's longevity or rather lack there-of. This pillow is certainly different from ones i've used in the past, it seems like such a something that would've been done before, or copied by another few dozen pillow makers. I like that it has a soft and hard side, there is some obvious difference between both but not as much as I expected. However, it's good to know that if one side ever caves and is no longer supportive, there is another different side which should suffice. This isn't the most expensive pillow i've ever purchased but it's certainly on the upper end. Honestly, I mostly bought it because it was so different. My favorite type of memory foam pillow currently is shredded memory foam, but as of now it has a contender with this one. The shredded pillow has held up perfectly for over a year, without issue other than fluffing it up on occasion. It seems to take me a little less time to fall asleep with the cube pillow, as it conforms to my head a little better as a back sleeper. As a side sleeper it's okay, but the loft may be a little too low even with the included insert for my liking. All in all, I'd recommend this pillow to most now. However, time will tell if it'll last longer then a year. It seems well made, if it does hold up, this will be the pillow to beat for sure!

I was amazed by this pillow. This might well be THE ONE!
I typically fall asleep on my side and wake up on my back so I need a pillow that supports my neck in both positions. It also needs to be supportive regardless of where I place my head since I must move around in my sleep since I wake up in different positions than where I am when I fall asleep. I mention this specifically because I have tried some pillows that are shaped in special ways to accommodate sleeping in different positions but they don't help me since I move around and my neck may not end up positioned in the right place. I have tried every type of pillow out there including down, memory foam (solid and shredded), the purple pillow and down alternative pillows. Pillows with special shapes, pillows of different heights, pillows with different core materials, etc. I even tried pillows filled with buckwheat and flax seeds. THIS pillow was such a unique pillow design I decided to try my luck despite my many disappointments with prior pillows. When I first pulled this out of the box and it filled out to its final shape I thought at first that it would be way too squat. I have tried many other pillows of similar height and they usually squish down so they are too flat for me. I went ahead and gave this a try anyway and was so pleasantly surprised by the support it provided. Assuming it would be a bit squat I did add the extra piece of foam to provide additional height by putting it inside the pillow case on the soft side. I used the firm side for sleeping. My neck and shoulder were comfortably positioned right away without the usual tugging and adjusting I do with other pillows. I have slept on it for three nights now and my neck feels great. I love that I did not need to do my usual complex manipulations of the pillow to find a comfortable position. I will try to update the review when I have had more nights sleep using it, but my initial impression is extremely positive!
