Great frother - has hot and cold options. Cleaning the device is a little bit of a pain. You have to handwash every time, and you can't skip cleans because we are talking about milk! Really elevates my coffees, and helps me save money because I'm making Starbucks value coffees at home! Frother has lasted several years with weekly use - Would recommend.

I originally wrote a good review about this product. I do love an electric frother. I've returned and did an exchange. Now returning the new one. both had switch issues. It's issues with the switch itself. It stops working correctly. The first one, I lost the mid range froth mode.. Second one, used it for a week, and now the switch in stuck in the ON position and it doesn't turn off. The no heat selection doesn't work, the mid range froth selection doesn't work. Only selection that works is the stiff foam one. I have to manually pull the container off the base to stop the frother from engaging. Scalded milk if you don't watch it. Amazon has credited this purchase back to me... for the 2nd time. This company needs to pull the product because the componets are flawed. Side note: I followed the directions for cleaning. The frother was never submerged in water while washing, the base never got wet nor did the bottom of the pitcher.

Easy to use and keep clean. Would recommend to any coffee lover.

I read many of the product reviews before buying this, because the last frother I bought via Amazon worked great and then stopped working too. I blamed myself for my last frother breaking because I figured maybe I let water get into the electrical parts. THIS ONE however, I made CERTAIN no water got into the electrical parts. I'm sad because it was so easy to use, the froth could be hot or cold which was amazing for iced coffee drinks, and the froth was smooth. But just a couple of mornings ago when I pushed the button, it just stopped. My husband tried cleaning the contacts and looked for any issues, but still, does not work. It was worth the $40 I paid to have probably 60 coffees over the past 2 months, but I really wish it was still working...I think now after buying two frothers that stopped working, I'm going to try a cheap battery operated hand held wand to see how that works.

Es fácil de limpiar, no ocupa mucho espacio y es muy buen producto. Para mejor espuma en frío, recomiendo que se use leche entera, la deslactosada hace buena espuma pero se deshace rápido.

I was a bit nervous about buying this machine after reading some of the 1 star reviews. I am so glad I bought this as it's easy to use and the Teflon non-stick coating on the inside makes it easy to clean. A word of advice is once the frothing button is pushed, one needs to be patient and let the frother complete it's cycle, which runs as long as it takes our Nespresso machine using the Nespresso pods to complete a brew cycle. My wife and daughters love this machine!

Crema la leche entera, la calienta, y es fácil de lavar. Muy practica. Era lo que esperaba. Las leches de Avena y Almendras no las crema totalmente. Solo las mezcla y calienta.
