Excellent Blade
Holds a razor sharp edge. Excellent for deboning and filleting. Feels good in the hand.

A well made boning knife; good value
This boning knife is a great value. It feels solid and comfortable in the hand, and came perfectly sharpened from the seller. So far I've tested this knife breaking down and partially boning a whole chicken. It worked great! The blade has just the right amount of flexibility and rigidity. The finish on the handle is also very nice: smooth and easy to clean.

Is a good knife for it's price.
Is quite easy to use, the only thing I don't like about it is it's a Ted light for my liking.

Pleased with product
Overall, i like the knife. It came super sharp, and made quick work of trimming/deboneing my 2019 harvest.Used it for slicing steaks, and jerky strips after initial processing. Its just about the perfect size for a lot of tasks, so it gets used a lot.Subjectively i find it to be a very attractive knife as well, appears to be actual folded steel rather than etched. Im not an expert on telling the difference though. Will probably buy a second one later this year for my 2020 harvest, so my helpers will be using a proper knife for the job.

Outstanding for the price!
I debone a ton of items, this knife is my one stop for making precision cuts. Easy to sharpen, clean and it looks very sexy in my chef knifes collection! Get some!

Sharp
Very nice knife, for the price. I've processed a big buck and cleaned some Northern Pike with just a few light sharpenings to keep the edge.

Cheap handle, good blade
I bought this knife based on reviews that the blade is layered (damascus) and not an etched blade. It looks fine and is wickedly sharp right out of the box. I dropped it and the handle shattered like pottery, but I got a piece of wood around here somewhere I can make a new handle with and some epoxy. For the price I can't complain about the blade which is really all that matters.

Great knife, great value.
Another great knife. The handle looks the same as a paring knife I bought here but the manufacturer is different. Regardless, the first fish I filleted with it was the easiest I’ve ever done. One swipe and it was done. Sharp, flexible, and nice looking. Highly recommended.
