This product works well. I like how it suds up very much and it has a nice sent, especially in the morning. The bottle and pump is also a nice feature which helps. This bottle last quite a long time and is worth the money. The tea tree is my favorite part because when you work it into your hair and let it sit for a second and you can feel the tingling affect and you can tell it’s working. I really recommend this product.

I have fine, thinning 2c/3a curls. I also struggle with an itchy scalp, and I don't use silicones on my hair as it tends to make my hair greasy looking. After seeing a dermatologist who recommended a shampoo to deal with the itching, it was never intended to be used daily, so I wanted something that would support my scalp health inbetween washes with the medicated shampoo.After following a few curly influencers, I decided to give this a try. The ingredients aren't perfect, but they're a lot better than what's out there, and the price point can't be beat.It usually takes me two applications to get the tingly feeling on my scalp (lather, rinse, repeat) but by the second wash, my hair feels clean. My scalp itchiness has reduced to almost totally gone.The bottle indicates that the shampoo is more on the clarifying side of things. I wouldn't call this a clarifying shampoo, but it does the job nicely. The Tea Tree conditioner is very nice as well and my hair has responded well to it also.If you're looking for a budget option for your curly hair, with added scalp health benefits, definitely give this one a try.

I’ve used tea tree shampoo because I like the scent. This product arrived in a ziplock bag to prevent any spillage during shipping. I really appreciate that aspect. Great product with good clean hair with minimal shampoo needed.

I don’t know what it is about Giovanni’s Teatree formula, but it reduces my hair loss every time I wash with this shampoo. It’s most effective if I wash every day. I’ve looked at the key ingredients and tried to buy hair loss shampoo with those ingredients that specifically targets anti-hair loss anti-thinning treatments, but none of it has worked so far. So I don’t know WHY this Teatree formula would work for my hair loss. I don’t know if it grows any hair at all, but when I use this every day, I go from losing 50 strands of hair in the shower to 10-20. However, it makes my scalp itchy when I use it continuously 4 or 5 times a week, so I use it maybe 2 times a week… also so that I can work some biotin shampoo into my washes (since I only wash my hair every 2 or 3 days). Then I realized I could combine the Giovanni Tea tree shampoo with my biotin shampoo in my palms and wash that way. But like I said, the tea tree makes my head itch a bit, so I can’t leave it on for too long. I feel like it’s really strong because the longer I leave it on, the tingly becomes too intense for me.I’m still trying to find a formula that works for anti-hair loss that has Giovanni’s Tea tree ingredients.For some background: I am female, 37, curly hair, have hypertension, previously took olmesartan but now changed to lisinopril and oral 2.5mg minoxidil. Giovanni Tea Tree shampoo has helped during all of these medications, but didn’t completely stop all hair loss.

So I tend to have minor issues at times with dandruff, and tea tree is good at helping this sort of thing. That's why I got this. It's a very big bottle, for 24oz. The scent is very pleasant and not overpowering at all. I love how it feels after I use it and there's no weird or unpleasant sensations either, given the ingredients. So far it's been a nice help. While it hasn't fully eliminated my issue, it's helped it a great deal. But this is also because I don't use it nearly as often as I should. Love the product and for the price, you really can't beat the quality.

We been using this product for about a year now, we love it me and my husband used, i love the scent and how fresh it feel after you shower. I found it very cheap for how big the bottle is. It totally work it.

Ever since my hair grew back after chemotherapy, I have searched for a shampoo that can help to reduce the itching of my scalp that has been a constant problem. The itching can actually wake me up in the middle of the night. While this has not completely eliminated that itch, it has helped a lot. I'm not sure if there is anything that can eliminate it as with so many other after-effects of chemo.I don't have to lather, rinse and repeat with this shampoo. It cleans thoroughly, and it doesn't dry out my hair, which is totally different now than it was before chemo. You have to be careful not to get it in your eyes, but I think that's pretty common with all soaps and shampoos.I can't say this would work for everyone, but it sure works to help with that irritating itching that I don't think will ever go away. And, it doesn't have an overwhelming scent that stays with you.
