This is a perfect spice blend for most things Mexican. I use it in Fajitas, but I also use it in sauces, soups, and for braising liquid for meats. My daughter has asked for this spice blend for Christmas!

I absolutely love this fajita mix. I've been buying it a local grocery store that is now out of business and can no longer find it locally. So happy to have found it here on Amazon. I can whip up a batch of chicken, steak, or shrimp fajitas in under 30 minutes with this mix and the results are as good as any Mexican restaurant. I like squeeze a bit of lime juice on the meat while it's searing for an extra pop of flavor.
