I have what some people would say is an obsession with stiletto heels. (Okay, maybe it's just my wife who says that...) I do own more than a dozen different pairs. And I love wearing them, even just around the house. They make me feel pretty and ... Just ... Happy! Plus, I enjoy being taller than my wife.I have a pair of black lace-up granny Booties that I've had for nearly 20 years. A couple years ago I stopped wearing them because the insole started to get kind of sticky and would get a residue on my stockings :-( I decided to get rid of them, had them in a shopping bag to donate. Recently I found the bag and was sad to get rid of them. I realized all I needed was an aftermarket insole to cover up the goo!These fit the bill nicely. They slid right in, and added some cushioning to the toe box and behind the heel. This made the shoes fit somewhat tighter, but I can adjust the laces to compensate. Now I can wear my cute stiletto booties once again!

I love wearing heels like any other girl but I hardly can wear them for more than a few mintues without my feet hurting. The insoles have been very useful! They are very comfortable and easy to trim to fit your shoe size. The adhesive is pretty good, keeps them in place inside my shoes without scrunching up. The cushion on the bottom, and heel area has helped with the ache in my feet while wearing high heeled shoes as well as flats that are cute but have almost no cushions making them very uncomfortable.

They are good for cushion and tightening up a loose shoe, however if you use the tape srips, they will ruin the inside of your shoes. Good concept, just don't use the sticky tape to hold them in your shoes.

I bought these inserts after watching You Tube videos on how to make shoes fit that are too big. (The answer mostly was to put inserts in your shoes, which I never thought of). The cushion is fabulous and it gave just enough padding to eliminate the slight gap in size. I didn't comment on the adhesive because I didn't use the adhesive, I didn't take the plastic off to expose the adhesive, I did not want to stick it to my shoes, I use them still and they do not slip. I'm using these in a pair of booties.

Yes, those are Louboutins (100mm), the notoriously painful shoes that have literally been made extremely comfortable by these inserts. I am shocked to say this, as I’ve spent significantly more on expensive shoe inserts that were a complete waste of money. Highly recommend and highly appreciate finally being find an effective product!

This product was easy to install and fixed the issue with the shoes a little big.

I got these for a pair of boots that had no foot padding. They fit perfectly (didn’t have to trim) and add a lot of comfort. The boots were a tiny bit large for my feet and these helped with the fit. I love them. They don’t shift at all. They will make your shoes fit more snuggly so if shoes already fit well, these may make shoes feel tight. They’re made really well. If you need to remove them, they do come out without leaving any sticky residue. I really like them!

This are nice but I was hoping to put them in some shoes that don’t have a big back/heal and the adhesive part is only one the heal so if you don’t have the back heal piece then they can not stick to the rest of the shoe.

Las plantillas se ven de buena calidad, sin embargo el empaque da a entender que son para calzado deportivo (tenis) y no para zapatos de tacón, que es para lo que las requería. Traté de probarlas en el calzado donde las iba a usar, pero están demasiado anchas y largas, a pesar de corresponder al número de calzado y al esquema que viene en el empaque. Simplemente no corresponde al uso con el que se promociona en Amazon.
