The app for mobile phone is very slow

Install is easy. Quality on Danale app on phone is okay.The Ivview op PC is not good (unless on record bit rate) but most of the time that does not work. The danale app on win10 just wont work.I had 9 of them installed. I lost 3 of them in a 50mph rain storm.The 4th just gave me only 1 or 2 colors.If this is outdoor quality, I give it only one star. (I take that back. I made some modifications in wiring and I think its much better now.Update 22-09-2017 ... upgrade to 4 stars. See my answer below and we wait how this ends in couple weeks.Update 08-11-2017 GW (Jamie) was very helpful. She send me 3 new cameras ... (they did not arrive yet but I am sure they are in good order. )Thanks for the help and responding so fast. !!

Complete system, good price. Recommendation; use power supplies for the cameras if you need IR. Voltage drop over CAT6 at 150 feet dims IR lighting on cameras causing some ghosting. Otherwise, cameras are great. Easy to install, set-up and operate. I did add additional HDD (available through Amazon) to provide more recording time.

Overall a great product. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the information that it comes with isn't exactly what you would expect to get with a system like this. I've installed (many) camera systems over the years and this products data sheets left somethings to be desired. But, having said that, their tech support seemed to be really good and responsive to our needs. The cameras provided very nice, clean images. The NVR is relatively easy to setup and the features are good. The App seems to work ok for remote access (once you get a static IP established through the jungle of and back and forth with IP and network service providers). I would buy it again. The second one installed is always easier, right.

Great system and cameras, but customer service, is not as responsive as reviews rate them.Changing from Zosi to GW is a huge difference, especially at night. The experience I’ve had with customer service, and Tech support is why I rate them 4 Stars.I contacted GW via email on a Sunday, and received a response the same day.After ordering the system, it would take 3-4 days to hear back from them, if at all.If your looking for great night vision cameras, go for something with 120ft IR, and better. Most of their cameras show ghost like images at night, and you can’t ID a face, unless they stop 10-15ft away. I will buy their products again, but only the best IR cameras, for better night vision.Most people won’t stop, and lookup to the cameras, while entering your property.

GW security cameras is a reliable system and highly efficient. In my opinion, the most remarkable part of my experience with GW is their tech support, their team. Very few times in my lifetime I have seen so much effort and heart put out to help the client.
