Soft Air Colt Spring Pistol with Metal Slide, Black

This particular Colt replica shooter is well put together and functions up to the highest standard for a spring air gun . This was part of the 2012 One Hundreth Anniversary of the 1911 introduction into military service. For the purists, this model represents a hybrid, in that in the early and mid 1920s many new Colts were assembled from parts on hand. The flat mainspring housing and the long unserated trigger are original 1911 issue. Look close and the upper slide is of the 1911 type, but the lower receiver is definitely the newer 1911A1 issue with the finger cutouts. As a shooter the pistol definitely delivers straight and hard. This is a pretty solid spring-driven pistol. The slide action is super-smooth, cocking and firing both feel great. You really feel the weight of the inner barrel, making it nice and steady when aiming. The higher power means it's very accurate. It's just really is very nice pistol to shoot. Safety is a manual switch as others have mentioned. It does lock both the trigger and slide though, which is nice. The slide lock is also fake, which is a shame because of how easy it would have been to have working. Would have been nice if the clips were full-sized and/or weighted but you can't have everything at this price point. That said the clip needs some work. There is a release at the top which can be hit by accident when reloading quickly, flinging BBs everywhere. Also, DO NOT use lightweight ammo in it. It WILL multi-load ammo and misfire. Mine came with .2g BBs, but I'd stick with .25g for sure. It only comes with a handful anyway, so plan on ordering BBs with it. There is a spring-lock on the clip so a speed loader isn't technically needed, but having one does make reloading that much quicker. Def worth a look for the price!

Great FPS for a spring pistol, and surprisingly accurate if you use heavier BBs than 0.12g (0.20g were even much better). Has a great weight to it, the magazine is easy to release and reload quickly, and the safety works perfectly; overall a great Airsoft pistol for the price!

Needs a little work on the clip put more than one bb at a time and have to keep taking out the clip to rrmovr the extra bb that go in it

I got this gun a few days ago, have been target shooting with it, and it's great! The gun is very accurate when using .20 bbs, it's easy to load the gun, and the trigger is nice and easy so you don't have to clamp down on the grip. The metal slide itself is amazing. The gun cocks very, very smoothly, and the metal slide gives the gun a nice, even weight that makes the gun feel nice and sturdy. All in all, this gun is a great purchase, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in airsoft pistols!

This is a quality pistol for the new or intermediate to airsoft. I have 2 of these and am not regretting either of the purchases. By no means do these guns lack the power. Shoots around 230-260 feet per second. Accurate up to 20 yards, any further and your and you tend to miss a soda can. Love the weight of the gun and also the simplicity.BUT there is weight balance issue, only 40 % of the gun is metal... the barrel unit/ components. The rest is plastic/w a metal spring for the hammer function. As long as you take care of this gun, you will be enjoying it for a long time. Definitely shares a spot in the top 5 for SPRING airsoft pistol.

I was hoping to scare off squirrels from my bird feeder. I can hit them at close range (8') with the Airsoft plastic BBs 25G 6mm that I purchased extra, and they barely notice. After the first use the safety stopped working and some little spring fell out. Will be sending back.

La pistola l'ho acquistata per un cosplay. Arriva senza tappino rosso (quello della foto) quindi verrebbe vietato l'accesso all'interno di padiglione e fiere. Modificandola con un tappo rosso stampato in 3D è risultata idonea.

Ottima riproduzione a molla della storica Colt 1911. Tra le pistole a molla in mio possesso, è quella che offre una sensazione più realistica. Potenza di livello superiore alla media, anche se messa a confronto a pistole elettriche che chiaramente costano il doppio. Buon acquisto quindi, e ottimo venditore.

Solo il carrello è in alluminio. Direzione dello sparo pessimo. spesso si blocca perché in canna entrano più pallini quindi ti tocca smontarla.
