Easily Applied and It Works
We purchased this product to seal a closet in our basement that wasn't sealed when the house was originally built in 1974. The room smelled damp and musty. We got a $780.00 bid from a company that would not guarantee the results. We bought a quality dehumidifier and ran in for 4 days, 24x7. This product was easy to apply with a sprayer; took very little time; and, in spite of the caution regarding the odor, it did not stink and worked famously. No more obnoxious odors coming from that room and invading our family room. Very Satisfied.

This product did not work at all.
I recently had my indoor atrium floor cemented in with a colored and textured concrete. The contractor also applied a concrete sealant to the floor after it dried. The reason that I had the concrete poured was because the radon level in the room was 6.0. After the concrete was put in the radon level went down to 3.9, better but not as low as I was hoping for. The concrete also had many small cracks that showed when the floor got wet. To improve the radon level I purchased this product and followed the directions very closely to seal the small cracks in the concrete. The three step process is very labor intensive and time consuming. The next day the concrete was covered with a dry, flaky layer that looked terrible. I had to scrape off the layer and rewet the floor and rinse it then let it dry. The white powdered residue was imbedded in the concrete texture and very hard to get out. After letting it dry the floor only looked slightly better. I went through this process three more times with little improvement each time. I finally ended up with a permanent white stain on my colored concrete and worst of all, the small cracks are not sealed any more that they were before I did all of this work. My radon level has not been improved and my efforts to get a response from the manufacturer have not been answered. Please save yourself the $100 and a lot of work for nothing and do not buy this product.

works OK reduces 10% of radon
product was applied per instruction in my basement water filtration room. mitigated radon levels by about 10%. added more steps like rubber sealing the concrete floor and added a continuous exhaust fan to air out the room. finally reduced radon levels by 90% consistently to below 3. allowing the radon to escape naturally via an air vent is most effective.

One caution on this
I gave 4 star only because who really knows if it works with preforming tests and I’m not going to…One word of caution, HOSE off after your done, I read you need to but I just said I’m too lazy and didn’t, left a milky white haze that I now need to sand off. Hose learn from my mistake!

Best Concrete Sealer
This is the best product at sealing existing concrete. I use it for leaking water features. Koi ponds, waterfalls, fountains... It absolutely works when proper preparation is done. I have used it on numerous features with great success. Thanks for offering such a great product.

Not for Efflorescence issues.
Not recommended as a efflorescence sealer , I bought because I had efflorescence issues on my living room floor slab ,followed instructions, cleaned up efflorescence with efflorescence cleaner , water and vinegar, and a brush then applied it 2 coats as instructed. Not for Efflorescence issues.
