Temperatures very on this.
The temperature varies on this. I put it on the gas stove. Cooked very well where the flame was but not in the center of the flame. Which makes sense I’ll just adjust my cooking to comp for that. Or build a fire with a broader flame. Not bad cleans up nice and is a nice cooking surface.
