They work fine. Battery lasts about 3 hours. They say "smallest" in the description, but I will tell you that is not true. You can see how far they stick out of my ear in the picture. They are also pretty heavy, and don't fit right in my ear. Depending on which earbud covers I use, they either feel like they will fall out, because they are so heavy, or they don't even fit in my ear. If you are looking for low- profile earbuds, these are not it. I will be returning these in hopes of finding something smaller.

I really wanted to like these. Good sound. Good fit. Great noise reduction. They could use a little more volume. But the Bluetooth connection is HORRIBLE!!!! They keep cutting out. A slow walk, sitting, every step or turn of my head they would cut out. Regardless if connected to my phone (Galaxy S8) or tablet (Galaxy Tab). Regardless of where I put my phone or tablet, the ear buds would constantly cut out. I tried disconnecting and pairing several times, power off/on, earbuds fully charged, earbuds low charge, the result is the same, they constantly cut out. Only if I would stay perfectly still would they stay connected. Frustrating to say the least.

Disappointing at best, terrible product and costumer service at worst. I purchased these knowing I used to have a pair of their other head phones. The rowkin bit. Turns out the company's products do not uphold to any standard of quality. These just like my previous product from Rowkin instantly within the first 24 hours had the right head phone lose connection multiple times then its volume and sound quality dropped to around 10% sometimes lower than what the left head phone. Blue tooth is spotty at best and overall I am disappointed to say the least. I tried to contact the company using their email for customer support as give inside the box. This only turned out to be more disappointing as I have not recieved a response back. As of 2 business days after sending said email. Do not purchase not even worth 20$ let alone 90$.

It's a bit big and heavy, so it's not good for carrying around.

Super easy pairing, convenient app & love the charging mechanism. Falls short on sound quality & more importantly design of the earbuds themselves. They “stick out” too much, I felt like Frankenstein.

I searched for hours to find wireless earbuds that ticked all of the boxes: discreet form factor, wireless charging case with included charging pad, noise-reducing ear tips, touch controls. The power bank feature seemed like a nice bonus too, but it makes the case rather heavy and bulky. Anyway, the biggest problem initially was that even the largest ear tips were too small for my ears (I'm a 5'7" female) and the earbuds couldn't get a good fit. I replaced them with foam tips from another brand and this solved the problem. But another issue is that if you don't place the earbuds exactly the right way in the case, they don't make contact with the charging pins. Even though I was always careful to look for the red charging lights when I put them back in the case, I would often find one or the other inexplicably dead. Lastly, the charging pad is finicky and requires very specific placement of the case to work, and even worse, it stops charging after a few minutes so it's impossible to get a full charge using it.I can't really comment on sound quality because I'm not an audiophile (the sound seemed fine to me) but overall I'm really regretting this purchase.

Ive gone through a number of true wireless buds, the expensive Bose and Jabra models, Samsung, mid-range Raycons and a couple of cheapies. These Rowkins offer a feature set equal to or better than most of the high end models at a price point that is pretty impressive! (note, you can get these cheaper from Rowkin proper when on sale)I think they fit quite well, have used them while running and working out, they stay in pretty well. Any earbud without over the ear hooks will potentially become loose with strenuous exercise. They arent fully waterproof, but have had no issues with sweat or rain.As for the most important factor, the sound - I personally think they sound as good as the Jabras and the raycons, but not as good as the Bose. Im not an audiophile, but if you are, you should be using on/over the ear headsets anyway, why are you shopping for wireless buds?!I cant comment on the mic as i havent made many calls, but the call quality doesnt seem to be as good as the Jabra.They dont stick out as far as the Bose, and are smaller than the Jabra, but are quite comfortable, and easy to wear.My complaints are that sometimes they dont auto connect to my phone. And if i dont take them both out at the same time, the right one will pair to my phone, but the left one wont pair to the right, requires deleting and setting up new in the bluetooth settings. Kind of a pain...hoping support can help out with that.The other issue i have is that the charging case doesnt seem to hold it's charge. If i leave it for a few weeks i'll come back to find it dead. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you plan to take it with you. It is nice to have so much battery life, but that does make it a slightly larger size. Im pretty pumped that for this price it includes usb-c and wireless charging.Last complaint i have is the touch controls, i prefer to have a physical button rather than trying to tap. Half the time it doesnt recognize the taps (but that seems to be the case with any touch control headset) which means you are annoying tapping on the bud while it is in your ear. Very frustrating.Overall, if you get these on sale or a steep discount, they are a great set for the price and worth the investment. The app is useful and they offer as many or more features than buds 2-3x the price.

Got these yesterday and charged them up and I am using them today. Thet fit nicely in my ears and have good sound. I have not used the other features such as using the case to charge my phone as it is always plugged into the car charger when i am driving.I was able to purchase then on sale at a great price and are well worth it
