QHamThim Girl's Mary Jane Black School Uniform Outdoor Oxford Loafer Dress Shoe(Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid)

First, I bought my 6 yr old a size too big with the hopes she could wear socks until they'd fit. They seemed fine the first week, however, they're a little narrow and the fabric doesn't feel like leather and certainly doesn't give like leather, so they rubbed the skin off both her feet off...it hurt her!!!....even though I bought a bigger size. She tried them a couple more times with socks and then the bows fell off somewhere, so she refuses to wear them at all ....can I return or exchange these?

I love the shoes. They are well made, but size 11M is a little longer. At least my daughter will grow into it. I have recently made several shoe purchases and have notice the shoes shipping from China are a little longer.

I love these shoes . Child weasr to church. However the material looks like plastic after a lil wear. Kinda flemsy.

Seems they run big. Purchased 13 1/2. As my Daughter takes that normal and they are slightly big in her. Could have gone with 13
