Anybody suffering from colitis or Crohn's
It was the first time I had ever used this product to help me with my crohns/colitis flare. Unfortunately, this product, almost everywhere, is not cheap and depending on your caloric needs, you will need a lot of this product to fit your requirements. but, with that being said, overall this product is fantastic, I love the taste, and it's easy and I mean easy on the digestive track.

It is not lactose free.
I don't understand how a product for Crohn has milk. I gave my son two days and he went into a crisis, even though he was not lactose intolerant.
