Not Hot
worked exactly as I wanted. Had an older halogen puck light in an alcove but wanted something that wouldn't get hot like the halogen does. Bought this and spliced it into the existing switch wires. Little taken aback by the fact it doesn't come on instantly. There is a slight delay before it lights up. I'm pretty sure it's because the transformer has to convert the 120v coming from the wall down to the voltage needed for this but it works fine and doesn't get hot. Recommend

Nice But Not Easily Linkable
I ordered these lights for under cabinet lighting for our new kitchen. I wired and installed these on a dimmer really nice effect. At first I noticed some flickering at the lower settings. That has gone away now and you can bring these down to a nice soft glow. Looks great at night. The one thing that thru me off is that they stated that they are linkable. I was expecting to find a plug insert in side of the case to daisy chain them under the cabinets. This is not the case at all. These light come with a single lead out to a inline roller switch and then about 7' of cord to a plug into a 110 Volt outlet. This wasn't going to work for my application. I customized all the lights. I cut off the power cords 4" outside of the case and installed a new connector that I used to connect to the 110 volt wiring I installed thru the wall. I opened the cases and pulled back the cord, remove the tar like substance around the wires drilled new holes in case wall and soldered the wires from the other lights. I completed three sets that I was able to cleanly mount under my new cabinets. This was not something easily done. But if you have some basic knowledge in electrical work and patience you can also daisy chain them.

Good quality and super bright white light
Good quality and super bright white light. I used these under cabinet in our kitchen and they are almost too bright. We have a dark granite counter top so we like the brighter light. We leave them all night as nightlights for the first floor of the home. Our previous under cab lights were Xenon, which would get hot and burn out every month or so even though they were rated for tens of thousands of hours. Very happy with these.

Great Halogen replacement.
This is a very nice replacement for a 120 V halogen puck light. Very good warm color and practically no heat generated. The body is a two piece plastic affair but appears to be a fairly durable material. One of the two I bought had a cracked cover but seemed to still function acceptably so I dropped in a little instant glue to keep it intact. Each unit includes a 120 V electric cable with an inline on/off switch and quick disconnect connector plus a molded AC plug on the end of the cable. These units are very well priced and are a good value.Recommended.

Puck Full of Power, Easy to install, Plug directly into outlet. Great PUCK LIGHT
After researching other light pucks I went with this brand to replace the lights in my two Curio displays. I decided to recess them inside, the fit perfectly after disassembling. There are instructions within the packaging on how to disassemble, (3) step process very easy "not rocket science".After I had secured it with the clamps that were provided. I plugged it into the wall outlet and then turned the switch. There was light. I would recommend to all looking to replace or upgrade lighting in or under cabinets

Great
If too bright, just use electrical tape and cover some of the LED’s. Direct wire, no dimmer works perfectly.
