There seems to be lots of these belts on Amazon, various prices, which is the best one ?

I have two of these are they're wonderful. I get sciatic problems from time to time and if I pop this belt on at the first twinge, it stops it progressing into six weeks of agony and allows me to carry on (gently) with my normal activities.

Hi can you wear this directly on skin and have trousers over the belt or is best to wear over the trouser part with a T-shirt over it?Thanks

I have worn it under trousers but still over a tee shirt tucked in but prefer it over the trousers. It can be troublesome to pull trousers up over it as it's quite rubbery and it tends to dislodge. I think I did try it directly over skin but it irritated and made me itch and wasn't very comfy as you stretch it and fit it tightly. The downside about having it over trousers is that it makes pockets inaccessible. It is a very good product though and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The first warning twinge in my back and it goes on for 24 hours and stops the progression well.

Will this help with piriformis pain?

Yes it stabilises the bony structure piriformis attaches to, but you also need to do piriformis stretches
