Great service great price!
Have never had a problem with Norton and of course the price from amazon.Paid £13.59 and norton automatic renewal was around £80.00!Norton want you to have a debit/credit card on line for auto renewal at a better price which you can do but make sure you delete the card before renewal or you are going to get stung. But as for the Norton package i think its great, you have the option to put the anti virus on 5 different devices so PC, MOBILE, plus 3 left for the family if needed. So many features and at £13.59 you cant go wrong!

Norton 360 Deluxe – Good product but beware the subscription process and renewal prices
I have been using Norton Symantec products for many, many years. In the main, it is one of the better security offerings on the market and the core product has done a reasonable job protecting my MS Windows 7 & MS Office systems through basic AV and Internet screening – although there continues to be a compatibility issue between the Outlook add-in and older versions of MS Outlook. Having tried others, I concluded that they are generally equivalent for basic security needs and I stopped being swayed by magazine news and reviews unless there was a really serious and justifiable concern. As someone with IT experience, I rarely need to use many of the additional add-in features and just accept, but do not activate them all, when they are bundled with some of the licences I purchase. However, the sneaky subscription auto-renewal process has always wrangled with me, even after I discovered a long time ago how to switch off Auto-renewal through my on-line Symantec account. At subscription renewal time, I have been inclined to purchase a brand new licence from the cheapest respectable source (i.e. from well-known on-line or high-street shops), and I purchased this product (Norton 360 Deluxe) merely to get a new licence key for my expiring Symantec product at an acceptable price. Indeed, this is a fraction of the renewal price that the company wanted to charge me initially, and even a lot less than the much reduced price special offers in the final days of my existing subscription (which had fewer features, BTW). in recent years, the company has worked on making it easier for people to just accept the auto-renewal process at the relatively high renewal prices, but harder and harder to simply replace the key with a new one purchased elsewhere. This year (2020) has been the worst experience yet: I abandoned trying to just enter a new licence key and resorted to the now easier and cleaner method of uninstalling the old product and installing a brand new copy - purchased at a fraction of the price of the auto renewal offer. Sadly, this process is now becoming unacceptably time-consuming and complex to me, so I plan to move to a competitors’ product next time. My decision has been helped along by what I discovered about the chequered history of LifeLock – go check it out.But would I recommend buying the product? Maybe, if you want all the additional features and don’t care about the renewal cost, but probably not if you want basic protection and a more fair and transparent subscription model. This is just my opinion based on my experiences; other’s may choose to differ.BTW, don’t be confused about the name change from Symantec to Norton Lifelock – it is essentially the same company and product line (with a few tweaks) as far as the retail customer is concerned.

NORTON PROTECTION
I should think everyone is familiar with Norton products by now? I chose this because it included a VPN - which has proved to be reliable, fast and manageable. NB Vodafone are very fussy about VPNs on their Broadband and it will not connect to this when using a PC (but then I don't need it for at home - so not an issue for me :-) - strangely, mobiles are not a problem and connect OK.*I suspect that it does slow the system more than McAfee did at times but all-in-all, very good.

Excellent
Value for money, and much cheaper than renewing subscription online with norton.
