This stuff is very good, but also very very sweet... When I make vinaigrettes with it, I usually end up diluting it a bit with some plain white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar to knock the sweetness down just a tad, but I like strong vinaigrettes so I typically don't add oil, or put very small amounts of oil, thus the need for dilution, if you are mixing this with oil, that might be a different story ;)

Great stuff and worth the price! I have it hidden in the kitchen so no one else uses it but me! It really brings out the taste in so many dishes! I am giving this as presents this Christmas! It's that good!

This pineapple vinegar is SENSATIONAL and worth every penny! Even straight out of the bottle, it's delicious. I would buy it again and again. The hearty packaging it's mailed in is great, but the vinegar did leak out just a bit--there was a film on the bottle that needed to be wiped off.

Delivered timely. Great flavor! However, a bit too expensive for me to purchase again. There is no nutritional value listed on bottle either. So those of us who like to view the sugar/carb content, this is sweet, so probably high in sugar.

Just Arrived today. Bought the big bottle. Packing was wonderful. Totally worth it. Opened it as soon as I got It. Great taste. Outstanding pineapple balsamic vinegar. Pure joy.

If you've never had pineapple vinegar you need to try this. Chef Jean Pierre makes a number of superb balsamic vinegars that you may get hooked on. Excellent as part of a meat marinade, on vegetables, and oh yeah: salad. Feel free to experiment; you won't be sorry.
