GalloLea Pizza Kits Whole Wheat Pizza Kit, 11 Ounce

I love these pizza's, but I just purchased 5 and 3 of them had a "best by" date of 4/2015 (I ordered them in August). I'm really surprised at this!! Come on GalloLea, please don't ship old product!!!

I wish I had noticed this immediately and I would've returned this product back to Amazon. But I didn't and I made this pizza and attempted to eat it but it was terrible! And I don't know if it's because it was old or just poor quality. The sauce was bitter and the crust was tasteless.I noticed in the picture before I ordered this product that it was from Asheville NC and being a North Carolinian myself; I decided to give it a shot. I falsely assumed that these pizza kits were being sold by a local pizzeria but it turns out that it is just a couple selling pizza kits on Amazon.

For a low sodium pizza kit, very tasty ! I add lots of veg, garlic, and cheese, and it cooks up nicely .

Did not make a good pizza crust. Yuck!

Loved the pizza kit

The parchment paper makes this pizza kit super easy. All you have to do is follow the size and shape of the paper to form the dough into a pizza crust. Also, since you add your own toppings, the pizza can be as healthy and nutrious (or as decadent) as you're in the mood for it to be.

I had my nieces and nephews over and we all really enjoyed this pizza kit. They had a blast choosing their own toppings, and the best part the pizza is great!!

This pizza kit is healthy, tasty, quick, and easy. You do not often get health and convenience at the same time, but this pizza kits delivers! I highly recommend it!
