The product is average since the connectivity or range of product keeps on changing. Sometimes it works 30m through 2-3 walls and sometimes not even at a distance of 10m straight. I think the frequency has high interference with other frequencies. Sound quality is good and decent. Battery time is also good. AND AMAZON SERVICES ARE LIKE ALWAYS EXCELLENT. Overall Satisfied !!!

The phone set is ideal for a house with multiple rooms the possible negative is that the volume is not very load

Product is very nice , surely recommend it for medium size house, but came with single pair of battery so i am giving 3 star only. To run both cordless phones requires 2 pair of battery. Asked amazon regarding the same they offer 100 Rs coupon instead of pair of batteries for which I am a bit disappointed and that is also after explaining all 2 3 times to them, their executive don't know that it requires 2 pair of batteries for 2 cordless. I am not bothering about the coupon (they never gave it even though they said) but feels they should provide battery or refund the amount of battery. Product works fine without any issue so one should go for it but if you find anything missing in package do return it as soon as possible.

I never expected this kind of Product from Amazon. Since I have received the product it is faulty, only intercom between both hand sets is working rest phone line is not working in this hand set. After multiple calls to Amazon I got no. of the seller and after contacting the seller they gave another technical person no. and I contacted them. And since last 3-4 months I am following up with these people and getting no response and amazon is also not helping me in this case. Worstest experiance ever. Being a regular customer to amazon now I am in no mood of further promoting it to my network as this money is wasted of mine.

It's a nice pair of handset. Pros (specifically for indian homes): - Caller ID. - 240 V compatible adapter - good range - back lit numeric keys Cons: - Low ringer volume - No back light on top keys section. Overall it's a good product for the price I paid.

I bought this handset in Jan 2016. When I got the package, I found that the handsets were not in a working condition. I also could make out that these were not new handsets. I returned the same and asked for a replacement. Once I got the replacement, the handset was in working condition. However, the adapter for the base unit has very thin pins and just does not fit into the normal sockets. I had to buy additional connectors where the thin pins would fit. Despite that, I continuously had problems with the loose connection. Finally after working for about 1.5 years, the power adaptor has conked out now. I've been trying to find a way of either repairing it or buying a replacement but to no luck. I contacted Gigaset customer support through email and according to them, they do not have any kind of maintenance or spare parts available in India. Essentially what they are saying is that Gigaset products are "use and throw" in India. You can use it as long as they work and once they stop working, you just throw them out since it cannot be repaired !! I would not want to spend my hard earned money on Gigaset products in the future !!
