I suffer from fairly bad environmental allergies. Respirall really helps minimize my sinus congestion and post nasal drip. They were highly recommended as effective from my homeopathic doctor and I don’t regret purchasing them multiple times.I do wish there were more in a bottle or that they were a bit more economical but since they work very well, I’ll continue to purchase.

I take 3 tablets in the morning when I wake & in the evening before I sleep. It has greatly reduced the symptoms of my seasonal allergies! Love it!It should be noted, though, that this supplement doesn't work the same for everyone. I have two friends with bad allergies, & I gave a bottle to each of them to try out. One of them it worked really well for & she noticed a huge difference, but the other she said it didn't work at all. She only tried it for one day, so I think that makes a difference. With most supplements, I usually have to take it at least a few days to feel the full effects. However, she does have lots of health issues, including BAD asthma. So... It varies from person to person. That being said, I think it's totally worth it to try out, especially if you can find a good deal for just $10! :)

It helped get me off Flonase, but a bottle only lasts 20 days. They should put 90 pills in a bottle to save on packaging.

I am an asthmatic and I looked for a long time for a good blend that included quercitin, bromelain and nettle. This has all three plus vitamin c. My allergies have been under control all year, even with the severe smoke from wildfires. I was even able to get all of my prescription asthma meds and rarely use my rescue inhaler.

I used this product for a month.I have found that my main allergies are tree pollen, but it seems to do nothing against it. I have violent allergies and constant running nose in the middle of the night waking me up. It's so bad my nose will leak into pillow or it will leak back into my throat, causing me to choke at night. So its pretty severe.The supplement here is either too weak to handle such strong severity of allergies or It requires a lot longer of a trial. The problem with long trials is a risk of money down the drain and not treating the problem.I am hoping it works for other people, perhaps the product isn't aimed for tree pollen and model.

Even though I couldn't get my hands on a test to save my life, I had COVID-19 in March (my lung scans are like COVID patients). I have a history of asthma and of course my lungs were triggered by the disease. Now on three inhalers I longed to get back to my former lung function. Knowing about nettle and quercetin, I decided to give these a try. I'm so glad I did! I really feel a difference now and am starting to finally heal. They are not expensive so I thought I'd give it a try. Glad I did. I still take my other meds but I don't wake up gasping for air. The one day I forgot to take them I noticed I was back to wheezing. They really worked for me.
