Q: How many servings per container?

There are 90 (7g) servings, which is a regular serving. If you use the larger scoop that it comes with (its 3 servings-amount suggested for highest benefits by research), then there would be 30 in that case.

Q: Are there any banned substances in this?

Not to my knowledge. Legion is VERY upfront about their ingredients, so if something sounds strange to you, you can easily look it up. To me, though, everything seems safe.

Q: Can you creatine-load with this? 20g for the 1st week?

Hey Steven, You should be just fine loading it but it's not a requirement. There isn't any benefit to higher doses of the other ingredients but they won't cause any harm either. The only benefit of loading creatine for the first week is that it accumulates in your muscles faster but taking the 5g a day isn't that much slower and you will have more product as a result. :)Arti R. - Team LEGION
